Understanding CMMI

Presented by Andrew Griffiths of Lamri, this webinar will give a high level, non-technical, overview of the CMMI (capability maturity model integration), focusing on its pedigree, what it is, how it is used and its role within process improvement. Whilst also providing insight into how MKS Integrity supports the CMMIs objectives, during this presentation, Andrew will describe the CMMI structure and tease out some of the key model elements. Ryan Lloyd, MKS Product Manager, will also be on hand to explain how MKS Integrity accelerates widespread adoption of software quality initiatives (CMMI) in numerous organisations around the world and how it automates and streamlines CMMI processes whilst enabling consistent and repeatable adoption. Ryan will also demonstrate how MKS Integrity continuously monitors the progress through each level of maturity from managed through to optimisation.
