Getting Started with CMMI-SVC Seminar

Lamri were delighted to host the complimentary Getting Started with CMMI for Services Seminar at the Geological Society in London. Over 50 people attended the event which covered CMMI-SVC and how it relates to ITIL and ISO 20000. Kieran Doyle and Keith Bray presented, contributing their wealth of experience to help answer the question How do I get started?
