Keith is responsible for providing CMMI-based appraisals, training and improvement services to clients worldwide.

Keith has managed the acquisition of major hardware, software and infrastructure products into multiple customer sites, involving the selection and management of suppliers of software, systems and hardware components.

Keith is an SEI-certified SCAMPI A Lead Appraiser and B&C Team Leader and SEI-certified instructor of the SEI’s 3-day Introduction to the Capability Maturity Model Integration® course (CMMI) for Development. He is also certified to deliver the Services and Acquisition supplement courses
Some recent engagements include:

• Providing Appraisal and formal training to BT and also technical direction to Lamri staff in order to meet challenging targets
• Keith conducted a SCAMPI on the Strategic Sourcing department of the Maltese Government using the CMMI ACQ, the first in Europe.
• Land Registry: Keith provided appraisal services against their iterative development process, built using some of the RUP tools and methodology
• Providing CMMI appraisal, training and consulting services to a major Bank in Thailand
• Providing CMMI appraisal and consulting services to a major mobile phone operator in Italy in order to improve their software development and outsourcing processes. Planning the appraisal strategy and providing Process Assurance to the process development teams.

Keith has over 25 years of experience in software development with a specific background in the management and development of systems in the Finance industry, however over the last 10 years he has acquired extensive experience driving and influencing improvement programmes within systems engineering environments. He is also a Software Process Improvement project reviewer for the European Commission.
