Andrew's more recent experience includes
- Large government organisation department where Andrew, using Lean Six Sigma, identified, prioritised and delivered insight into business improvements that will increase both their efficiency and overall effectiveness.
- Rolls Royce where Andrew delivered practical and pragmatic advice allowing them to establish a robust approach to driving forward their process improvement initiative towards their goal of achieving CMMI ML3.
- BT DFTS where as an improvement team member he consistently delivered practical process solutions to improve business performance for all business areas. This was achieved by assuring step process improvements against the CMMI model as well as coaching and mentoring DFTS staff
- BT LSP where Andrew was accountable for the Measurement and Project Management process groups working closely with all the workstreams to prepare for CMMI capability level 3 SCAMPI appraisals for the associated process areas. Andrew introduced further enhancements to the Lamri Transformation process to measure process institutionalisation and gap workshops
Prior to joining Lamri Andrew’s accountability at Cadbury Schweppes was to achieving CMMI ML2 in the EMEA region. He played a pivotal role in establishing the overall global CMMI process improvement initiative. To develop and implement processes Andrew established and led a local Process Implementation Team to design, implement and institutionalise the process initiative.
Andrew is certified to CMMI intermediate level by the SEI and is a PRINCE2 practitioner.
