Frank manages Lamri’s consulting services, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.

Frank mobilises, drives and delivers improvement programmes in challenging environments.  He builds effective teams and focuses on skills transfer so that his clients’ improvement programmes continue to achieve results after Lamri has departed. 

Frank’s current or recent client engagements include:

THALES: Lamri has expedited change in a complex delivery environment, working in partnership with internal business improvement groups.  Frank helped mobilise an important unit’s CMMI programme in 40 days.  The Operations Director said: “there has been more progress on the ground in the last two months than in the previous two years”.   Frank is helping a major division establish a multi-site CMMI programme.  Frank initially managed the programme in concert with an internal programme manager; he now fulfils a programme assurance role.

DiagnoSYS Systems: Frank supported development of the CMMI programme plan.  He now provides peer support to the Group Engineering Manager, who is accountable for delivering CMMI.

BT Defence Fixed Telecommunications Service: Frank led the Lamri appraisal, process improvement and mentoring service from June 2008 until April 2009.  The Programme Director said: "Lamri are, by a county mile, the best consultancy I have ever worked with".  DFTS “held the gains” after Lamri left; its staff say this was the most successful improvement programme in DFTS’s long history.

BT Health London Local Service Provider: Frank mobilised and managed a CMMI driven business improvement programme from January 2007 until October 2008.  London LSP programme delivery turned around and this was reported in the UK national press.  The CEO said: “A number of factors have led to the positive changes and improvements to our delivery – and the use of CMMI as a vehicle for business improvement has been critical”.

Prudential PLC: Frank was a member of the Prudential IT Senior Leadership Team from 2005 until January 2007.  He led 30 staff whose responsibilities included process architecture, quality management, operational risk management, regulatory compliance and configuration management.  Frank directed the programme that achieved CMMI Maturity Level 2 for Prudential and realised significant improvement in IT project predictability and effectiveness.
