Building on his extensive experience Chris is able to operate at all levels of a business. He is adept at "getting under the skin of your business", and focuses on adding value through improving process and quality. Chris is also able to translate technical and academic concepts into business language to help organisations get real value from their implementations of CMMI and other standards/models.
Some recent engagements have included:
•Land Registry where Chris is providing mentoring and guidance supporting the organisations CMMI level 3 journey
•BT Defence Fixed Telecommunications Service (DFTS) where Chris was the first consultant assigned and in the initial phases of the programme successfully established the Lamri transformation approach providing the client with appraisal, process improvement and mentoring support.
•Various short term engagements where Chris used his extensive background in development and services, to successfully support a number of short term engagements.
•Capgemini Inland Revenue/HMRC where Chris was appointed as the Quality manager to a major delivery unit, and managed improvements to the quality management systems and processes giving quantifiable benefits across a number of major programmes.
